Chef Jules Kainani Hagerstrom

Chef Jules Kainani Hagerstrom is a Hawaii born, SoFlo, and San Diego raised Chef. Her first job was in the food and beverage industry when she was just 14 years old and she has not stopped since. After her formal culinary training at Johnson & Wales University in Miami, FL, she was quickly scooped up by the Hyatt Corp. and traveled the nation developing properties.  Learning as much as possible and developing herself as a culinary leader.


Her experience ranges from opening independent restaurants, being a sole chef for large yachts & estates, and now she is settling into life as a land based private chef in Southeast Florida. Besides being in the business for 20 years, what sets Chef Jules apart from the rest is her dedication to flavor and presentation with every single dish. She takes immense pride in pushing her boundaries with plate presentation and new ideas, always bringing excitement to the table. Another element to Chef Jules and her team is her commitment to nutrition. Her food helps her clients understand that food is fuel and can heal the body, mind, and soul.


Her ability to connect with her clients and guests makes everyone feel as though she is family. Not only her food but also her genuine smile and warm personality will always leave a lasting memory! She is the type of chef to dream BIG and make BIG things happen!
